How much does it cost to have a CPA do my taxes in Cherry Hill?

Individual returns start at $325 and small business returns start at $750. We quote a flat fee in writing before any work begins, so the price you are told is the price you pay. There are no hourly surprises and no invoice for picking up the phone.

Do I need a bookkeeper and an accountant, or just one?

Most small businesses need both, and at Keystone Ledger they are the same team. Our bookkeepers keep the day-to-day records clean and our CPAs use those records to lower your tax bill. When bookkeeping and tax sit under one roof, nothing gets lost in the handoff in March.

Can you take over from my current accountant mid-year?

Yes, and we do it regularly. We request your prior returns and books, review the last two years for missed deductions, and handle the transition paperwork ourselves. Most clients switch to us in under two weeks with no gap in service.

What areas does Keystone Ledger serve?

We are based in Cherry Hill and work with businesses and families throughout South Jersey, including Marlton, Voorhees, Moorestown, Haddonfield and Mount Laurel, as well as the greater Philadelphia region. We meet in person, by video call or at your place of business, whichever suits you.

Do you handle IRS letters and audits?

We do. If you receive an IRS or New Jersey Division of Taxation notice, send it to us and we will read it, tell you plainly what it means, and respond on your behalf. Representation before the IRS is included for returns we prepared.
