Privacy policy

The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to answer you, and we do not sell it to anybody. Ever.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we receive the information you type into it — typically your name, email address, and where you have chosen to provide them, your telephone number, business name and the details of your enquiry. Our server also records the date, time and IP address of the submission, purely to detect and block automated spam.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Why we collect it

  • To read your enquiry and reply to it.
  • To send you a document you have specifically asked us for, such as our free tax deductions guide.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence with you, as a professional services firm is expected to.

We will not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form. If you want to hear from us regularly, you have to ask.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the service providers who make this website work — specifically our web host and SMTP2GO, the email delivery service that carries your form submission to our inbox. Both are bound to process the data only on our instructions.

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We would not want it done to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, your records are retained in line with the professional and tax record-keeping obligations that apply to a CPA firm, which is generally seven years.

Client confidentiality

Information you share with us as a client is subject to CPA professional confidentiality obligations, which are considerably stricter than this policy. We will not disclose your financial information to anyone without your written authorisation, except where compelled by law.

How we protect it

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Access to submitted enquiries is restricted to the members of our firm who need to see them.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send us a message or call (856) 555-0142 and we will action it. There is no charge.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date below. This policy was last updated on 14 July 2026.

Questions

Ask us anything about this policy through our contact form or by telephone. A person will answer.

Let’s talk

Not sure if you’re overpaying? Let’s find out.

Thirty minutes, free, and genuinely no obligation. New clients get a no-charge review of their last two tax returns — we usually find something.
